Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Laser Cutting Machine Operator & Supervisor to manage laser cutting operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for operating machines, supervising production activities, and ensuring high-quality output in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor laser cutting machines (1KW to 12KW) for sheet metal and pipe cutting
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely completion of jobs
- Handle bordering/bending machines as per production requirements
- Perform pipe cutting operations for thickness ranging from 1.5 mm to 5 mm
- Manage sheet metal cutting for thickness ranging from 1.5 mm to 20 mm
- Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and maintenance




- Maintain quality standards and minimize material wastage
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production plans
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in laser cutting operations
- Hands-on experience with fibre laser cutting machines
- Knowledge of sheet metal and pipe cutting processes
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to handle a team and supervise operations
- Familiarity with technical drawings and measurements

Preferred Qualifications:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field
- Experience in fabrication or manufacturing industry
