RK Group (M/s. Bal Mukund Jha / RK Construction), established in 1994, is a leading civil labour contracting and real estate firm based in Argora, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential/civil construction projects
- Ensure quality control as per IS codes and project specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and labour teams
- Maintain site diaries, MIS reports, and labour registers (BOCW compliance)
- Monitor material procurement, consumption, and wastage
- Liaise with Project Manager and Operations Manager on progress
- Ensure compliance with JhaRERA, BOCW, and statutory requirements
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD,
MS Project / Primavera (preferred)
- Knowledge of RCC, brick masonry, plastering, finishing works
- Familiarity with PMGSY/RCD project norms (preferred)
- Good knowledge of Jharkhand labour laws, BOCW cess, and safety norms
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering (Diploma considered for robust candidates)
Experience Required: 2–6 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
