Hiring: Accounts Head

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad
Experience: Minimum 5 Years (CA Firm Experience Mandatory)
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per Month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Head with a strong background in a Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and team management. The role requires independently handling financial statements, statutory compliances, and leading the accounts team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently finalize Balance Sheets and Financial Statements.
- Prepare and review GST Returns, TDS Returns, Tax Audit assignments, and statutory compliances.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with auditors, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor statutory filing deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and support project costing and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm (Mandatory)
- Experience in independently finalizing Balance Sheets and Financial Statements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling GST Returns, TDS Returns, and Tax Audit.
- Experience in managing a team of 10 or more members.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Willing to commit to a minimum 2-year employment period.
