We are hiring a Principal Solution Architect with extensive experience in Microsoft Business Applications, enterprise solution architecture, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure AI, and Microsoft Fabric, along with proven experience in pre-sales, solution design, and end-to-end project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead client discovery workshops and gather business requirements. Design end-to-end enterprise solutions across Microsoft technologies. Drive pre-sales activities including solutioning, RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, effort estimation, and client presentations. Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical demonstrations. Provide architecture governance throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise solutions. Mentor technical teams and establish architecture best practices. Required Skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)

Minimum 5 years as a customer-facing Solution Architect or Technical Architect. Strong experience in ERP implementation and enterprise solution architecture. Proven expertise in pre-sales, solutioning, technical consulting, and delivery governance. Experience in RFP/RFI responses, solution estimation, client presentations, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
