Job Title: IT Executive cum App Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive cum App Developer to manage the organization's IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and develop and maintain mobile/web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting abilities, application development knowledge, and the capability to support day-to-day technology operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Technical Support

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and IT systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, software applications, internet connectivity, and network systems.
- Provide technical support to employees both remotely and on-site.
- Set up and maintain office software, email systems, Wi-Fi networks, and related IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability, availability, and security of IT resources.
- Perform regular system backups and maintain data recovery processes.
- Manage software licenses, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data and systems.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct IT-related training sessions for employees.

App Development Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications (Android/iOS) and web-based tools.
- Work with technologies such as Java, Swift, Flutter, React Native, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate applications with back-end systems, databases, and RESTful APIs.
- Test applications, identify bugs,



and implement fixes to improve performance and user experience.
- Optimize application functionality, security, and scalability.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand business requirements and develop suitable technology solutions.

Digital & Technology Support

- Resolve issues related to SMS platforms, digital communication tools, and technology-based marketing systems.
- Support digital marketing platforms, integrations, and related technical requirements.
- Assist management in evaluating and implementing new technologies and software solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend system upgrades and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in mobile application development and database management.
- Knowledge of Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, Java, Swift, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of networking, system administration, cybersecurity, and cloud-based applications.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical users.
- Good organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare, service, or technology-based organizations.
- Knowledge of API integration, server management, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SMS gateways, and automation platforms.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
