Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-friendly Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and snacks while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Operate coffee machines and other café equipment
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and dining area
- Ensure proper food safety and hygiene standards
- Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies as needed
- Recommend menu items and promote special offers




- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
