Role Overview
The Growth Associate role is ideal for individuals keen on understanding B2B business growth. It will involve cold calling, following up with prospects and setting up meetings. You would be speaking to the Founders, CXOs & Senior Marketing Team Members of well-known brands. You will work closely with the Chief Business Officer and gain hands-on experience across multiple markets and AI-driven growth services.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs
1. Reach out to CXOs, Founders, Marketing & Brand Leaders across the industries through structured cold calling and pitch our marketing & tech services.
2. Follow-up with prospects and schedule meetings.
3. Conduct market, industry, and competitor research across B2B sectors. Maintain Minutes of Meetings & publish Key Notes post discussions.
4. Support in creating presentations, pitch decks, and proposals.
5. Track leads, conversions, and performance insights.




6. Attend conferences, exhibitions and summits to connect with people.
7. Connect with relevant people on LinkedIn, and reach out to pitch our services.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
