Primary Focus: Learning processing workflows, hands-on floor operations, material handling, and adherence to hygiene standards.

- Floor Assistance: Support daily processing operations across raw nut handling, boiling/roasting, cutting, peeling, and grading lines.
- Material Movement: Assist in transferring raw cashew nuts (RCN) from store to processing lines, and moving semi-finished kernels to drying (Borma) units and packaging stations.
- Sorting & Quality Inspection: Assist skilled workers in visual sorting—learning to identify defects, spots, broken kernels, and color differences to match cashew grading standards (WW180, WW240, WW320, splits, pieces).
- Machine Operation Support: Assist line operators during packaging, vacuum sealing, nitrogen flushing, and box labeling.
- Sanitation & Hygiene: Ensure workstations, tools, and processing equipment are kept clean and compliant with food safety norms (hairnets, gloves, clean aprons).
- Log Maintenance: Maintain basic daily shift logs, attendance registers, and physical batch transfer records

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
