Rytfind (Executive Search) is hiring Data Privacy Skilled for one of their client based in Kolkata, West Bengal

Initially Work from Home, After 1 or 2 months, it will be Work from office.

Working Days - 6 days a week

Probabation Period - 3 months after that confirmation and salary review.

*1. Data Mapping & Inventory*
- Maintain an updated Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) across systems/departments
- Identify personal data flows, retention periods, and purpose limitation gaps

*2. Consent Management*
- Review/update consent notices for clarity, itemization, and language requirements
- Monitor consent capture, withdrawal, and renewal workflows
- Track readiness for Consent Manager framework integration (opens Nov 2026)

*3. Data Principal Rights & Grievance Handling*
- Process access, correction, and erasure requests within SLA
- Maintain grievance redressal log and escalation matrix

*4. DPIA & Risk Assessment Support*
- Assist in conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments for high-risk processing
- Flag Significant Data Fiduciary (SDF) criteria triggers

*5. Breach Management*
- Support breach detection, internal escalation, and Data Protection Board notification timelines




- Maintain breach incident register

*6. Vendor/Data Processor Compliance*
- Review data processing agreements for DPDP-aligned clauses
- Track processor compliance certifications

*7. Policy & Documentation*
- Maintain privacy policies, SOPs, and internal compliance documentation
- Support internal/external audit readiness

*8. Training & Awareness*
- Conduct employee training on data handling and consent principles
- Track training completion across departments

*9. Regulatory Liaison Support*
- Assist DPO with regulatory correspondence and Data Protection Board filings
- Track evolving DPDP Rules notifications (cross-border transfer, SDF designation rules still pending)Pls note these are all permanent positions. Initially they can work remotely for couple of months but later this will be a WFO position. Candidates will have a three-month probation period; confirmation and a salary revision will follow based on performance.
