Role: ServiceNow Architect

A ServiceNow Architect bridges business needs and technical execution, designing scalable solutions on the Now Platform. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, solution design, overseeing integrations, and ensuring platform security and governance. Ideal candidates hold mainline certifications (e.g., CIS, CAD) and have 8+ years of platform experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints and architectures across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM).

· Architect seamless data flows between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and custom APIs.

· Establish coding standards, configuration best practices, and security protocols to maintain system health and scalability.





· Lead architecture workshops, provide cost and timeline estimates, and mentor development teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Typically 8 to 10+ years in the IT industry, with 5+ years specifically focused on the ServiceNow ecosystem.

· Mainline ServiceNow certifications like Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly preferred.

· Robust hands-on knowledge of core ServiceNow scripting and web technologies (JavaScript, Glide, HTML, CSS, XML).

· Deep familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
