Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish.
- Meet clients to understand their event requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, artists, and suppliers.
- Prepare event timelines, checklists, and budgets.
- Supervise on-site event execution.
- Manage event setup, logistics, and dismantling.
- Handle client communication before, during, and after events.
- Ensure smooth execution while solving last-minute challenges.
- Work closely with the creative and production teams.

Requirements

- 1 - 5 years of experience in event management.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.




- Valuable negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on weekends or late evenings during events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid two-wheeler preferred.
