E-commerce Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Coordinator to manage day-to-day online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce portal handling, order processing, warehousing coordination, and shipping management. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work closely with internal teams and marketplace partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and handle e-commerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, etc.
- Monitor product listings, inventory updates, pricing, and order flow across platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock availability, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure timely processing and shipping of orders through courier and logistics partners.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Handle order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and customer escalations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.




- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for campaigns, promotions, and operational issues.
- Ensure smooth communication between warehouse, logistics, and e-commerce teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or coordination preferred.
- Knowledge of marketplace portals and seller panels.
- Understanding of warehousing and shipping processes.
- Good knowledge of Excel and inventory management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced workplace.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
- Knowledge of courier aggregators and shipping tools.
- Basic understanding of online sales analytics and reporting.
