Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, with a primary focus on initial outreach and preliminary screening. It is an excellent opportunity for MBA (HR) students looking to gain practical experience in corporate recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make the first point of contact with shortlisted candidates via phone.
- Conduct preliminary screening calls to assess candidates' role suitability.
- Explain job opportunities and company details.




- Gather relevant candidate information and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and application status.

Qualifications:

- Recently completed an MBA in Human Resources (HR).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in interacting with candidates over phone calls.
- Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, organized and eager to learn.

- Industry Type: Financial Services / Advisory / Banking / Insurance
- Employment Type: Internship (2 Months, extendable upon satisfactory performance)
- Location: Ambuja Neotia Ecocenter, Sector V, Kolkata (Work from Office)
- Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays off)
