We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our team in Noida Sector 63. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products and services effectively.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in telesales,
telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
