Location: Waidhan, Singrauli MP

Salary: 20000/- to 25000/- PM with food and accommodation.

Experience: 6 to 7 Years

Project: Industrial Construction including roads

Qualification: 12th

Job Duties in Brief

- Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.
- Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits.
- Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Assesses safety and finance goals.
- Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting contractors.
- Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
- Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
- Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
- Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
- Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
- Maintains a safe, secure,



and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
- Oversee and manage the construction process, including coordinating and directing workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Enforce safety regulations and building codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations
- Manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project
- Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
