Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day security & facility operations
- Handle manpower deployment and client relationships
- Conduct site visits and ensure service quality
- Lead operational teams and resolve client escalations
- Ensure statutory compliance and operational efficiency
Requirements:
✔ Experience in the Security & Facility Management industry is mandatory
✔ Strong leadership and client management skills
✔ Willingness to travel across client locations
Pay: ₹15,164.39 - ₹58,406.04 per month
