Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic MBA (Marketing) Fresher to join our Sales & Marketing team. The selected candidate will undergo structured training in B2B industrial sales, business development, customer relationship management, and export/domestic marketing for paper bag packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current B2B customers for industrial paper bags and packaging products.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, and online B2B portals.
- Visit customers to understand their packaging requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, cost sheets, presentations, and commercial proposals.
- Follow up with customers for inquiries, samples, trials, negotiations, and order confirmation.
- Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.




- Build long-term relationships with existing customers and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and new industry segments.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
- Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, visit reports, and monthly business development reports.
- Assist in export marketing activities by communicating with overseas buyers and supporting export documentation.
- Promote company products through LinkedIn, company website inquiries, and email campaigns.
