DIECUTS MART is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Full-Time Billing Staff to join our Palarivattom, Kochi store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling billing operations, processing customer payments, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate bills using the POS system.
- Process cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments.
- Maintain accurate billing records and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth store operations.
- Ensure all billing transactions comply with company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
- Report any billing discrepancies or system issues to the Store Manager.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary); Degree preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid numerical and cash-handling abilities.
- Previous retail or billing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
