Role: Mechanical Engineer.

Department: Maintenance

Experience: 2 - 3 Yrs.

We seek a skilled Maintenance Specialist to manage electrical and mechanical systems,

including extrusion machinery. The role involves scheduling maintenance,

monitoring MTTR/MTBF, creating technical reports, maintaining regulatory safety

documentation, and ensuring ISO/IATF compliance. Proficiency in AutoCAD for

mechanical and hydraulic drawings, along with knowledge of gearboxes, Bibby

couplings, water pumps, and vacuum pumps, is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

➢ Maintenance Knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical Extrusion Machine.

➢ Able to know ISO /IATF & Documentation.

➢ Planning & undertaking scheduled maintenance.

➢ Familiar with Gear Box, Bibby coupling ,



Water pump , Vacuum Pump

➢ Responsible for MTTR, MTBF & BD % Record.

➢ Able to read & Draw Mechanical & hydraulic Drawing (Auto CAD) .

➢ Creating technical reports & Maintaing history.

➢ Completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues.

Qualifications

➢ Must have B.E./Diploma degree, or related field.

➢ Must have Knowledge of Designing & MS Office.

➢ Valuable interpersonal, Presentation and communication skills

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
