We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales for our services in web development, mobile applications, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Client Acquisition: Pitch IT services (web, mobile, digital marketing) to potential clients and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demos tailored to client needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.




- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree , Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in web/mobile/digital marketing services.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
