Project Manager – WCP & Architectural Products -Commercial Projects:

Responsible for end-to-end management of commercial interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. Ensures timely execution within budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

 Project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

 Coordinating with design, procurement, and execution teams

 Managing client communication and approvals

 Overseeing contractor work, site progress, and safety compliance

 Tracking budgets, billing, and change orders

 Ensuring timely completion and successful handover

Qualification:

 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

 5+ years experience in commercial project execution ( WCP & Architectural Products

 Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes.

 Proficient in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools

 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
