Job Summary

Hind Pharma is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounting transactions, assisting with statutory compliance, and ensuring accurate documentation in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal vouchers.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and cash books.
- Assist in GST-related activities, including data preparation and reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Process vendor bills and employee reimbursement claims.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other departments when required.
- Support payroll-related accounting entries.




- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Perform any other accounting or administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
