We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our diagnostics team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, maintaining accuracy in reporting, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine laboratory tests in Hematology, Clinical Biochemistry, and Clinical Pathology
- Handle sample collection, processing, and analysis
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper calibration
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control protocols
- Record and report test results accurately and on time
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of samples and reagents
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory
- Coordinate with doctors and other staff for smooth workflow

Eligibility Criteria:





- Qualification: DMLT / BMLT or equivalent
- Experience: 1–3 years in diagnostic labs (Freshers can also apply)
- Knowledge of lab instruments and procedures
- Good communication and basic computer skills
