We are looking for a proactive and organized CRM Executive to build strong client relationships and ensure seamless communication throughout every project.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and relationship management.
- Follow up on pending approvals, payments, and deliverables.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Client Servicing, Customer Success, or Account Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
