We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. You'll be managing and optimizing our social media presence across key platforms, focusing on paid media campaigns and engaging content.

Roles and Responsibility:

· Develop & Execute Strategy: Help shape and implement our social media strategy.

· Manage Paid Campaigns: Hands-on management of ads on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (Meta Business Suite), and Quora. This includes setting up, targeting, optimizing, and budgeting.

· Engage & Grow Community: Actively interact with our audience and foster online communities.

· Analyze & Report: Track performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualification:





· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

· 1-3 years direct experience in social media marketing with robust paid media management skills.

· Proven expertise with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Quora Ads.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
