We are looking for a Split AC Technician to maintain and troubleshoot split air conditioning systems across multiple offices in a high-rise commercial IT park, ensuring uninterrupted cooling and prompt resolution of tenant complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of split AC units.
- Diagnose and repair faults in indoor and outdoor units.
- Perform gas charging, leak detection, and component replacement.
- Attend tenant service requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain maintenance records and adhere to safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the Facility Management team for smooth HVAC operations.
Qualification
- Minimum 2-year Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in servicing and maintaining split AC systems in commercial buildings, IT parks, offices, or malls.
