Role Overview

As a Trainee – Client Success, you will be a part of HappiMynd's frontline operations team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for users throughout their mental wellness journey. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitate smooth onboarding, coordinate with psychologists, and ensure timely support and follow-ups. Acting as a bridge between users and mental health professionals, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about client engagement, operations, customer success, and the mental health ecosystem.





Key Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for users onboarding onto the platform
- Conduct onboarding reach out to guide users through services and offerings
- Coordinate and schedule counseling sessions, psychological assessments, and follow-up appointments.
- Serve as a bridge between users and psychologists to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Address user queries, concerns, and support requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate client records and update relevant information in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering empathetic, responsive, and solution-oriented support.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as per business requirements

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

- Pursuing or recently completed:
- BBA (Any Specialization)
- B.Com (Any Specialization)
- B.Sc (Any Specialization)
- MBA (Any Specialization)

Preferred Interests:

- Relationship Management

Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

As a Trainee - Client Relationship, you will follow a structured growth path within the organization. Performance reviews are conducted every 6 months, forming the basis for increased responsibilities and role progression.

Based on your performance and consistency, you may transition into a full-time employee role within 12 months, as per organizational requirements.
