Job Summary
PERCH Brands is hiring a Field Executive to support day-to-day e-commerce operations by coordinating with courier partners, warehouses, and vendors. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and comfortable traveling across Delhi/NCR.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with courier partners and warehouses for shipment pickups and deliveries.
- Visit vendor and logistics partner locations for operational follow-ups.
- Resolve shipment-related issues and complete required documentation.
- Submit daily field activity updates to the reporting manager.
- Support the operations team with assigned field tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field operations, logistics, courier, or delivery.
- Own bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Comfortable traveling across Delhi/NCR.
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps and smartphone applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
