Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Monitored CCTV surveillance systems, IP cameras, NVR/DVR devices, and network health dashboards to ensure maximum system uptime.
Performed L1/L2 troubleshooting for CCTV systems, camera connectivity, recording issues, and network-related incidents.
Diagnosed and resolved technical issues involving IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, PoE switches, and basic network connectivity.
Monitored device health, storage utilization, bandwidth, and video quality to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
Handled system alerts, incidents, and service requests while ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance.
Logged, updated, tracked, and closed technical incidents using ticketing and incident management systems.
Coordinated with field engineers for CCTV installation, maintenance, commissioning, and in office fault resolution activities.
Performed CCTV configuration, firmware upgrades, camera resets, remote troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Traveled to vessels/ships for CCTV installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support whenever required.
