Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
- Maintain cash books, petty cash, and expense reports.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.




- Assist senior accountants with accounting and finance-related tasks.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP software is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of payroll processing.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and taxation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

As per company standards and candidate experience.

Location

As per company requirement.

Pay: ₹9,598.56 - ₹26,959.68 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ghitorni, Delhi, Delhi
