Position

Accounts Head

Experience (Mandatory)

- Minimum 12–18 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Minimum 5 years as an Accounts Head, Finance Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, EPC, HVAC, Cleanroom, Fabrication, or Project-based industries is mandatory.
- Candidates from CA Firms only (without manufacturing industry exposure) will not be preferred.

Qualification

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com (Preferred: CA or CMA)
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Companies Act.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete Accounts & Finance function of the organization.
- Finalization of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements.
- Prepare MIS Reports, Profitability Reports, Cash Flow Statements, and Budget Analysis.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (Debtors), Accounts Payable (Creditors), and Working Capital.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Bankers, and Government Authorities.
- Manage banking operations including CC limits, BG, LC, term loans, and fund planning.
- Prepare annual budgets, monitor departmental expenses, and control costs.
- Oversee payroll accounting, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and project costing.
- Monitor customer collections and vendor payments.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.





Mandatory Technical Skills

- Expert knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Busy / Microsoft Dynamics or similar) will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of:
- GST (Returns, Reconciliation & Assessments)
- TDS Compliance
- Income Tax
- ROC Compliance
- Audit & Finalization of Accounts
- Costing & Budgeting
- Cash Flow Management
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Ability to prepare and present MIS reports to Management.

Leadership & Management Skills

- Strong leadership with the ability to manage and mentor the Accounts team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet statutory deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

- Manufacturing Industry
- Engineering Companies
- EPC / Turnkey Projects
- Cleanroom Projects
- HVAC Industry
- Sheet Metal Fabrication
- Industrial Equipment Manufacturing

will be given preference.
