Tech Stack: ReactJS, Next.js, NodeJS, GraphQL, Prisma and Postgres

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Mobile Developer to help us:

- Launch performant and reliable Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)

- Transition into robust React Native apps for iOS and Android

- Build current mobile-first products from scratch that improve how care services are delivered and managed

You’ll be joining a small, high-impact team where every line of code ends up in production — fast.

What will you be doing?

If you’re successfully hired for this role, you will be taking up the following responsibilities among others:

Own the architecture and development of mobile apps (PWA

- React Native)
- Set up publishing pipelines for App Store and Play Store
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams
- Write clean, maintainable, and tested code across the stack
- Improve performance, offline support, and native-like experience for mobile users
- Optimize shared GraphQL APIs for mobile use cases





What you’ll need to bring to the table?

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in full stack mobile app development
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and GraphQL
- Deep understanding of PWA fundamentals and constraints (especially for iOS) and technologies like Capacitor.js and PWA Builder
- Experience with React Native (Expo or bare) and publishing apps to both platforms
- Comfortable working with backend APIs (Apollo Client, REST, auth flows)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote team
- Contribution to mobile-first product strategy

- Bonus (Not Required)

- Experience with Capacitor, Fastlane, or CI/CD pipelines for mobile
- Familiarity with Next.js, PostgreSQL, and Node-based backend systems
- Prior work in healthtech, govtech, or socially impactful domains
- UI/UX or product design experience

Compensation

INR 15-20 Lacs Per Annum CTC + ESOPS
