Position

Site In-Charge (Civil)

Qualifications

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Age: 26–40 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential/commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of site execution, quality control, and project coordination
- Ability to manage labour, contractors, and ensure timely project completion
- Valuable communication and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor quality, safety, and project timelines
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Prepare daily site progress reports
