Job Title : Associate - IWM-Lending

Experience : 1-3 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor credit conditions for structured lending transactions

- Track key risk metrics such as NAV, LTV, LGD, liquidity, volatility, and price triggers

- Perform limit setting and ongoing transaction monitoring

- Monitor AUM movements and lending value deviations

- Identify and escalate credit breaches to mitigate balance sheet risk

- Support loan origination with credit feasibility inputs

- Maintain and enhance credit monitoring tools and reports

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective credit risk oversight

Requisites
- Graduate degree from a reputed institute

- Robust understanding of credit and lending fundamentals

- Advanced Excel skills (Macros/VBA preferred)

- Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred)

- Experience in credit monitoring or underwriting is an advantage

- Strong analytical, ownership, and problem-solving skills
