We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented qualified to strengthen our sales team and drive business growth in South Haryana.

Key Responsibilities

- 1. Develop and expand the company's dealer and distributor network within the assigned territory.
- 2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- 3. Promote the company's seed portfolio and introduce new products in the market.
- 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers.
- 5. Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and promotional activities.
- 6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- 7. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships.
- 8. Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- 9. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

- 1. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience in the seed or agri-input industry will be preferred.
- 2. 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing,



preferably in the seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, or agri-input industry.
- 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- 4. Good knowledge of the agriculture market and dealer network in South Rajasthan.
- 5. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- 6. Valid driving license and own two-wheeler preferred.
