Job Summary

Rohan Corporation is looking for an experienced Garden Manager to oversee the planning, development, and maintenance of landscaped areas, gardens, parks, and green spaces across residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong horticulture knowledge, team management skills, and experience in landscape maintenance.

Experience

3 – 8 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas.
- Supervise daily horticulture and gardening activities.
- Ensure proper plantation, irrigation, pruning, fertilization, and pest control.
- Monitor the health and growth of plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Prepare seasonal plantation and landscaping plans.
- Manage gardeners and landscaping staff, assigning daily work and monitoring performance.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of plants, fertilizers, pesticides, and gardening equipment.
- Maintain irrigation systems and ensure efficient water management.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and aesthetics of green areas.
- Maintain records of plant inventory, maintenance schedules, and material consumption.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Support project teams in developing landscaping for new real estate projects.

Qualifications

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field (Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also apply).

Skills

- Robust knowledge of horticulture and landscape management.
- Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, fertilizers, and pest management.
- Team handling and supervisory skills.
- Good planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prepare maintenance schedules and reports.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Office).
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, or Tulu will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in real estate, townships, resorts, hotels, or large residential projects.
- Ability to manage multiple sites.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
