Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in direct tax litigation and compliance. The candidate will be responsible for handling income tax matters at various appellate levels and supporting clients in tax disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting and filing appeals before CIT(A), ITAT, and other authorities
- Handling income tax assessments, reassessments, and notices
- Preparing written submissions, replies, and legal documentation
- Representation support in hearings and coordination with counsel
- Research on case laws, judicial precedents, and tax positions
- Advisory support on direct tax matters and litigation strategy
- Ensuring timely compliance with statutory deadlines

Key Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)




- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in direct tax litigation
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax Act and procedural aspects
- Valuable drafting, analytical, and research skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and tax research tools

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling assessments and appellate matters
- Exposure to high-value assessments and complex litigation
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
