Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP Billing Engineer with an Electrical Engineering background and hands-on experience in project billing for high-rise construction projects. The role involves preparing and managing RA bills, subcontractor billing, cost tracking, and ensuring financial accuracy through coordination with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing & Documentation:

- Prepare and verify Running Account (RA) bills for MEP works in high-rise projects.
- Process and certify subcontractor bills in line with contract terms and site progress.
- Ensure accuracy in quantity take-offs and measurements as per drawings and BOQs.
- Maintain proper documentation for billing, approvals, and audits.

Coordination & Communication:

- Work closely with site engineers, project managers, and clients for billing inputs and approvals.
- Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for reconciliation of quantities and costs.
- Address client queries related to billing and measurements promptly.

Cost Control & Reconciliation:

- Support project cost monitoring and control activities.
- Perform quantity reconciliation (planned vs. executed).
- Track project expenditures and highlight variances.
- Assist in preparation of cost reports and financial statements.

Reporting & Compliance:

- Generate periodic billing reports (weekly/monthly).
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies,



and project requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to billing and cost.

Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech – Electrical)

Experience:

- 2–6 years of experience in MEP billing, preferably in high-rise construction projects
- Hands-on experience with RA billing and subcontractor billing

Technical Skills:

- Robust knowledge of MEP systems (Electrical preferred)
- Proficiency in quantity take-off and BOQ analysis
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software/tools
- Understanding of contracts, rate analysis, and project costing

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in reputed construction or MEP contracting companies
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Exposure to high-value or large-scale commercial/residential projects

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
