Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Bhosari, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. This role requires someone who can join immediately or within 15 days and contribute quickly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 4–6 years of relevant sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Positive understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
