1. Assisting MDT round and ensure that all orders implemented on time.

2. Co-ordinate with psychologist and Consultant regarding patient outings, LOA, Discharge, LAMA.

3. Monitors to ensure timely and accurate medical records documentation

4. Inventory management (ward supplies, securing patients belongings).

5. Performing hands on procedures such as IV Canulization, injection administration and fluid therapy etc.

6. Daily Billing Update in sheet for all patients.

7. Administer medicine to patient.

8. Ensure high risk medicine under double locker.

9. Ensure all tasks are completed on time and according to safety law.

10. Ensure high -quality patient care and safety standards are maintained.

11. Overseas the workflow and allocate resources appropriately.

12. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation.

Monitor and manage the availability of supplies and equipment.

14. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including shift report and incident logs.

15. Address patient and family concerns promptly and professionally.

16. Coordinate patient admission, transfer, and discharge efficiently

- Facilitate effective communication between departments and senior management.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
