Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Engineering Head to lead our Appliances, Router, and Set-Top Box (STB) engineering divisions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep technical background in embedded systems, hardware, and software development for consumer electronic products. This role requires a proven track record of managing large engineering teams, driving product innovation, and delivering high-quality, market-leading products from concept to mass production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic technical leadership and vision for the engineering teams responsible for appliances, routers, and STBs.
- Must be handson in handling networking product from ideation to exectuion
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and architectural design to development, testing, and deployment.
- Define and execute engineering roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market demands.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of hardware, firmware, and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration,



and excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure that all products meet ent performance, reliability, security, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and deliver successful products.
- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and industry trends to keep our products competitive and cutting-edge.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key technology partners and vendors.
- Champion best practices in software and hardware engineering, including code reviews, test automation, and robust design principles.
