Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Store Assistant/ Sales executive to join our retail team. The role involves driving sales, providing excellent customer service, maintaining product presentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion retail and be able to maintain the quality and appearance of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance to understand their needs and preferences.
Drive sales by effectively showcasing products and recommending suitable options to customers.
Achieve individual and store sales targets as assigned.
Maintain strong product knowledge, including features, pricing, offers, and new collections.
Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and styling recommendations.
Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure proper display, arrangement, and availability of products on the sales floor.




Maintain the quality and presentation of garments by folding, arranging, ironing, steaming, and handling clothes carefully.
Ensure all products are neatly displayed and maintained as per store visual merchandising standards.
Support stock replenishment, inventory checks, tagging, and store housekeeping activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting room areas.
Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Requirements & Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for sales and fashion.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
Solid convincing and selling skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain garment quality and presentation.
Ability to work in a target-driven retail workplace.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
Fashion retail: 1 year (Required)
