We are a fast-growing online garment brand looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Assistant to join our team in Tronica City, Loni.

Responsibilities:
Update and manage product inventory on Excel.
Handle day-to-day operations on Shopify (updating stock, listings, orders)
Pack and dispatch products for online orders accurately and on time
Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and shipments
Assist with basic data entry and order tracking
Support the team with other e-commerce tasks as needed

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable with computers and online platforms
Prior experience with Shopify is a plus (not mandatory)
Hardworking, organized, and punctual
Positive attention to detail
