Job Summary

Gupta Machinery Store is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations and GST-related accounting work. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Record and verify purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
- Prepare GST workings and reconcile purchase and sales data.
- Verify invoices and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledger accounts.
- Monitor receivables and payables.
- Assist in monthly account closing and preparation of MIS reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors as required.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience in GST workings and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of TDS and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
- Valuable analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com (Preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting.

Job Location

Khamla Road, Nagpur

Salary- +91-XXXXXXXXXX (Depends upon previous salary)

Salary will be commensurate with experience and interview performance.
