Responsible for installing, adjusting, and repairing all types of sewing machines.

To carry out preventive maintenance activities such cleaning, checking, oiling the machineries as and when necessary or as per the maintenance schedule.

Responsible to prevent machinery breakdowns.

Responsible to replace parts such as needler, loopers, feed dogs, belts, motors and tension assemblies

Responsible for setting up of machines for current styles changes as per garment specs

Responsible to minimize downtime and respond to line breakdowns within stipulated time

Responsible for maintaining spare parts inventory such like needles, bobbins, loopers, oils

Responsible to maintaining the maintenance logs and records for repairs, parts used, machine history

MUST TAKE ALL MACHINERIES MAINTENANCE,

TO UNDERTAKE REPAIRING WITH KNOWLEDGE OF MACHINERY PARTS INCLUDING SEWING MACHINES.

OPERATING OF GENERATORS AND KNOWLEDGE IN ELCTRICAL IS ADDED ADVANTAGE

MUST TO CO-ORDINATE WITH SUPERIORS FOR LINE SETTINGS.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
