Responsibilities

- Lead a team of blockchain developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Architect, design, and implement blockchain solutions using various blockchain platforms, such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or others.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain smart contracts, decentralized applications (DApps),



and blockchain protocols.
- Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices.
- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies, trends, and industry developments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain development.
- Drive innovation and contribute to the company's blockchain strategy.
- Participate in the development of documentation, tutorials, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong proficiency in blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Solidity, smart contract development, and DApp development.
- Leadership experience, including team management and mentorship.
- In-depth knowledge of blockchain security, cryptography, and consensus algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
