Responsibilities

- Must have experence of Erection & Commissioning of Field Instruments Like RTD, TC,On/Off Valves,Control Valves, pH Analysers, Flow meassuring Instruments
- Must have experence of Erection & Commissioning of Safety Field Instruments Like LEL /Hydrogen/Oxygen Meters.
- Must have experience of Cable Scheduling/ JB Scheduling, Instrument Index/IO Preparation
- Open to to Work in General Shift as well shift if necessary
- Job Card Generation/ Closure in SAP
- Able to Prepare Project BOM
- Should be able to do Project & Maintenace Activities from Instument Point of view
- PM Scheduling & Execution in time & Documentation
- Asset ID preparation.
- Critical Spares list preparations
- Should be able to Prepare SOPs based on Instruments
- 100 % Utilization of SAP for Projects & R&M; inventory Management
- Preparation of Instrument Data Sheets
- Preparation of Documentations for positive Internal/External Audits like ISO Standards/QMS/Customers
- Time Management for effective engagement of Contractors
