About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Store Manager to oversee inventory and store operations for our hotel, restaurant, and catering services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Receive, inspect, and issue materials to various departments.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage of food, beverages, and other supplies.
- Conduct regular stock verification and maintain documentation.
Requirements:
- Graduate (preferred).
- Experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering store management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
