Job Description:

A proven track record with a minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in a rapid-paced managed services environment.
· Minimum of 5 years working in a hands-on management role, leading a QA team. Management skills include: strategic planning, coaching and mentoring.
· A record of demonstrating strong leadership abilities by developing a vision and delivering desired results.
· Full life cycle development experience: planning, engineering, project management, business development and project development skills, combined with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communications skills.
· Familiarity with the Agile development process and Agile project management tools like Scrumworks, Rally, VersionOne
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Understanding of key architecture considerations/issues associated with mobile applications and a distributed multi-tier infrastructure
· Experience using J2EE technologies (JMS, JDBC,JSF, AJAX), XML, Weblogic, WebServices, Oracle, Hibernate, HTML5




· Knowledge or familiarity with mobile device platforms and technologies (iOS, Android, BB10, Win8)
· Hands-on experience in Server side API driven testing (SOAP/REST)
· Hands-on experience in Client side API driven testing (Android and iOS libararies)
· Hands-on experience in test harness development for API driven testing, Java based, Android SDK and iOS XCode based harnesses
· Experience in usage of Troubleshooting tools such as Charles proxy, Wire shark, DDMS, Iphone config utility (ICU)
· Automation experience on Selenium/Junit/TestNG for client side testing and server side testing
· Automation experience on Android and IOS devices
· Strong experience in security testing
· Proven experience in wireless communications coupled with launching software-based solutions based off a core platform.
· Strong understanding of testing web services, mobile applications and/or libraries
· Strong understanding of security testing best practices
· Aptitude for learning, understanding, and applying concepts
· Strong interpersonal and technical skills
· Able to work effectively with other teams within the wider organization
