- Conduct organic synthesis experiments to develop and optimize routes for API synthesis.
- Design and execute experiments to scale-up synthesis processes from laboratory to pilot plant scale.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data to draw conclusions and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process development, analytical chemistry, and manufacturing to support project objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, observations, and results in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Stay updated with relevant scientific literature and contribute to the intellectual property portfolio of the company through patent filings and publications.
